Cabin-only kit: the timber cabin and the model-specific components listed below, supplied for assembly on site. A heater, controls, stones, lighting and flue are not included unless itemised in your quotation.
Kit with heating equipment: add a compatible electric heater with its required controls, sensor, stones and guard, or a wood-burning stove with its compatible flue and protective components where the model permits. Sauna-rated lighting can be specified. We confirm every included component and what still needs fitting locally.
Cabin kits need on-site assembly. A prepared, level load-bearing base, delivery and positioning, electrical or flue work and commissioning are assessed and quoted separately. Heater output and clearances are selected for the particular cabin; the available heating options vary by model.

Base preparation, delivery, lifting/positioning, connections and commissioning are priced separately. Access and load-bearing ground must suit delivery of an assembled cabin.
